Wrinklewall foil containers
Wrinklewall aluminium containers are manufactured using a corrugated mould process that creates characteristic ridged sidewalls. These ridges provide the container with excellent structural rigidity while using less aluminium per unit than a smooth-walled equivalent, making Wrinklewall containers a highly cost-effective choice for high-volume food service, catering and bakery applications.
Smoothwall aluminium foil trays
Smoothwall aluminium foil trays are manufactured with smooth, uninterrupted sidewalls that allow for secure heat sealing with plastic film, foil lids or other lidding materials, creating a fully sealed, leak-proof closure. This makes Smoothwall trays particularly well suited to retail ready meal production, MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging), CAP (Controlled Atmosphere Packaging), vacuum sealing and gas flushing applications, where an airtight seal is essential for extending product shelf life and maintaining food safety standards.
